2、 Agency rights:

1. Enjoy the competitive USRP series products provided by the company and the agent supply price of the corresponding national level, and the agent enjoys the exclusive distribution right of the company's full range of products in the region (the company does not interfere with the price setting).

2. Enjoy the right to provide technical support and advertising support;

3. For key customers or large-scale projects, the company will try its best to provide technical support and assistance to help agents deal with transactions;

4. The company shall provide the logistics distribution and after-sales service of the products in the agent's order, and the agent has the obligation to follow up the user's problems in use and timely feed back to the company for solution;

3、 Qualification requirements of agency:

1. The agent must have independent legal personality, good reputation in the region, rich customer resources and strong market development ability in the region is preferred;

2. Agents must have the ability to engage in computer hardware maintenance, training and corresponding technical support, have a deep understanding and recognition of the company's ideas and products, and comply with market policies;

3. Have more than 1 full-time sales personnel, can independently expand the market, can regularly participate in the company's training guidance for agents (online or offline);

4. In principle, the company does not interfere in the price setting of distributors, but the distributors shall not maliciously disturb the market price of products;
